Getting help shouldn’t mean leaving home.
Our 12-week program happens online, in the evenings, with licensed clinicians who treat mental health and substance use together. It brings the structure and support of intensive outpatient treatment into your home, without requiring you to leave your daily life behind.
Stay close to your people. Stay connected to work. Sleep in your own bed. Get real help.
Programs
Care that meets you where you are.
Clients may begin in IOP and step down to a lower level of care as their needs change. Every level is connected by the same clinical team, so you don’t have to start from scratch each time your care changes.
Virtual Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
Our core program, in two separate tracks — mental health, and substance use — with a co-occurring path for people who need both. Twelve weeks, four evenings a week, entirely by video.
Individual therapy
One-to-one work with a licensed Hawaii clinician, weekly or every other week, on your schedule.
Psychiatry and medication management
Evaluation, prescribing, and ongoing medication management by licensed prescribers, integrated with your therapy.
Family and ohana support
Recovery doesn’t happen in isolation. Family sessions help the people around you understand what you’re working through and how to support you. Family sessions are available as part of the program, with your consent.
How it works
Get started today.
01
Reach out
Call or fill out our online form. You talk to a real member of our team, not a bot. We’ll ask what’s been going on and what you’ve already tried.
02
Clinical assessment
Within a few days, a licensed clinician will determine whether we’re a fit for you.
03
Insurance and cost
We verify your benefits and walk you through your estimated out-of-pocket costs before you start.
04
Start your group
You are placed in a cohort and meet your clinician before the first session, so you walk into a room where someone already knows your name.
One call can change everything.
Reaching out is the hardest part, and it is the only part you have to do alone. Everything after this, we do with you.
